Refund Policy

Our courses run with very small groups, so every place matters to us and to the other students on the day. This policy explains what happens if you need to change your plans, or if we need to change ours.
01Course bookings are non-refundable
As spaces on our courses are very limited to ensure you have the best experience possible, bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
02Rescheduling
If you can't make your date, we can move your booking to the next available date, provided you give us at least three weeks' notice before your course starts. Email us to arrange it.
With less than three weeks' notice, we can't move your booking, and the course fee isn't refundable.
03Course kits
The essential kit bought with your course is non-refundable.
04If we cancel or move a course
If we need to cancel or move a course, we'll offer you a place on another date or a full refund of what you've paid for the course, whichever you prefer. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
05Paying with Klarna
If you paid with Klarna and a refund is due - for example, if we cancel a course - we'll refund it through Klarna, who will adjust your instalments under their own terms.
06Your statutory rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights.
